School Rules

  • Students should reach school before the school starts.
  • Bells are to be followed meticulously ensuring promptness and silence.
  • Change of class rooms between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
  • Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school function.
  • Non-sikh boys should get their hair cut decently keeping the decorum of a school in mind.
  • No shouting or whistling is allowed in or around the school building. Running on corridors is strictly prohibited.
  • It is strictly forbidden to throw anything on anyone.
  • Care must be taken of all school property and no student should scratch or spoil the desk or chairs or damage any school furniture or write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. All intentional damages will have to be borne by the students concerned.
  • Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments, stickers, comb, CD, Floppy, Pen drive, Photographs etc. to school.
  • No books, (other than text books or library books) megazines or papers may be brought to the school without the Principals permission.
  • Lending or borrowing money or other articles is not permitted.
  • The school is not responsible for articles lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles. (like expensive watches or fountain pens, calculators) to school. Parents are to be judicious in matters concerning money.
  • Our students should observe polite manners, wherever they go, they should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.
  • The school reserves for itself the right to terminate the students with unsatisfactory progress in studies or whose conduct is a bad precept for others.
  • Firing crackers or splashing colours during diwali/holi in the school premises is strictly forbidden. Non-compliance with these instructions can result in the expulsion of the student from the school.
  • Meeting wards/teachers during school hours is to be done with the permission of principal only.
  • All students are to inculcate good habits of brushing their teeth, polishing shoes, pruning nails etc.
  • Students are not allowed to come to school by self driven automobiles.
  • Students must attend school in uniform.
  • Photographs of students must be in uniform for all purposes.
  • A students is allowed to go out of the school campus during school hours/school functions only with the written permission of the principal.
  • No pupils permitted to engage any of the teachers of this school as a private tutor without the written permission of the Principal.
  • The character certificate which may be issued to a student when leaving the school will depend entirely on his/her behaviour during the school career is on how he/she has kept the school rules.
  • Students will not be permitted to take half day leave.
